Land Agent

The Land Agent is an NPC located in the first villages. He enables the purchase and management of land for guild buildings (M1).

Guilds

You can purchase guild land from the Land Agent, which can later be developed. To buy guild land, the guild must be at least Level 10, and the cost is 40,000,000 Gold.

Later, using the "Build Guild Headquarters" option, you can place buildings on your land. Necessary materials for this are Gold, Logs, Stones, and Plywood.
