Emblems are special helmet refinements that can be inserted into level 41 helmets. Each emblem has its own single bonus and its own duration.
However, to insert an emblem into a helmet, you must equip it with a free slot using a Refined Diamond, which can be purchased from Vesh'Tar.
Unlike regular refinements, emblems work in a specific way and offer unique benefits.
